Spa Etiquette

~ When booking your spa & or salon experience, it is recommended that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your service to ensure maximum relaxation time.

~ We ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off in salon and spa area for courtesy of other guests and to ensure your own personal time is not interrupted.

~ We kindly provide a 24 hour cancellation policy, without notification you will be charged 50% of the service booked (in the event that you miss your appointment).

~ Groups and packages require 48 hours notice on cancellations.
